Clay Cain (he/they) is a trans non-binary man. He serves the queer and trans community as a speaker and DEI practitioner.
He built Trans Joy Consulting on a simple but radical premise: that joy — not just survival — is something trans people are entitled to at work. That belief shapes everything he does, from the stage to the coaching room to the boardroom.
