Clay Cain (he/they) is the founder of Trans Joy Consulting.
The mission is simple: to help trans people thrive at work.
Trans Joy Consulting partners with organizations and executives to foster a culture of empathy. We do this by educating and empowering teams to become stronger allies to the LGBTQIA+ community so that everyone can show up as their full, authentic selves.
